Booking terms & conditions

Please ensure you read the following carefully as upon booking an appointment you automatically agree to the terms & conditions listed below.​

  • We require a deposit for any appointments, the amount for the deposit will be dependent on treatment.


  • Your deposit will be deducted from the total to pay on the day of your appointment.


  • Deposits are non refundable, however if we're given at least 72 hours notice we will transfer your deposit to a new date should you need to re-arrange your appointment.


  • Failure to attend your appointment will result in losing your deposit and you will be asked to pay in full upon making any subsequent bookings.


  • Arriving to your appointment more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled & the loss of your deposit


  • Arriving to your appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol will result in your appointment being cancelled & the loss of your deposit.


  • Please ensure you bring valid photo ID to all treatments, failure to provide ID will result in your appointment being cancelled and the loss of your deposit.
