Customer Requirements
Please attend your appointment alone -if you bring anyone else to your appointment they will not be allowed in.
Please wash / Sanitise your hands as soon as you come in.
All customers are required to wear a mask / face covering that covers the nose & mouth - if you do not have a mask we can provide a disposable one for £1. Refusal to wear a mask/face covering will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment - you wont be able to wait inside.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, otherwise we will need to re-book your appointment & will require a new deposit as it would cut into the extra cleaning time we have allowed ourselves between clients.
Please don't bring unnecessary personal items inside. (eg.bags ect.)
No food or drinks (with the exception of bottled water) are permitted inside
Please do not touch anything unnecessary inside the clinic.
If travelling to your appointment via public transport please follow government guidelines & maintain social distancing.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with has displayed symptoms of or tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to your appointment please contact us to reschedule your appointment.
If you or anyone you have been in contact with develop symptoms of or test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days following your appointment please contact us.
